The Connection Call Plan
The Connection Call Plan is designed for seniors who would benefit from regular conversation, emotional encouragement, and meaningful connection from the comfort of home.
Through scheduled phone calls and video chats, this plan helps reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation while creating consistent companionship throughout the week.
This service is ideal for seniors who live alone, families who live out of town, or individuals who simply need someone to talk to, listen to them, and remind them they are valued and cared for.
The Comfort Visit Plan
The Comfort Visit Plan provides in-home companionship for seniors who would benefit from social interaction, supportive conversation, and a caring presence throughout the week.
Visits are centered around emotional wellness, companionship, encouragement, and creating a warm, uplifting environment where seniors feel comfortable, heard, and connected.
This plan may include conversation, reading together, watching television, playing games, light activities, and friendly engagement that brings comfort and companionship into everyday life.
The Full Circle Companion Plan
The Full Circle Companion Plan combines phone support, video chats, and in-home companionship visits for seniors who benefit from ongoing connection and consistent emotional support.
This plan is designed to provide families with peace of mind while ensuring their loved one receives compassionate companionship and meaningful interaction throughout the week.
When requested, companion support during outings may also be available using the client’s personal vehicle.
Community Connection Events
At I’ll Be There Senior Companion Services, we believe seniors deserve opportunities to connect beyond the home.
Throughout the year, community-centered gatherings may be offered to encourage social interaction, friendship, conversation, and meaningful connection among seniors in a warm and welcoming environment.
These gatherings may include senior breakfasts, coffee meetups, holiday socials, game days, and other uplifting community experiences.
Important Service Information
I’ll Be There Senior Companion Services provides non-medical companionship services only.
Our services focus on emotional support, companionship, conversation, encouragement, and social connection.
We do not provide medical care, medication administration, physical lifting assistance, bathing services, nursing
care, or transportation using company-owned vehicles.
Professional Standards
& Service Boundaries
At I’ll Be There Senior Companion Services, the safety, comfort, and trust of our clients and families are extremely important to us.
Founder, Nina Mack Bernard maintains a complete and up-to-date background clearance, which may be provided upon request for added peace of mind and transparency. Nina is also CPR certified and is currently continuing her education in pursuit of becoming a Registered Nurse (RN), further reflecting her commitment to serving others with professionalism, compassion, and care.
While Nina has healthcare knowledge and training, I’ll Be There Senior Companion Services is strictly a non-medical companionship service.
Our role is to provide emotional support, companionship, conversation, comfort, and meaningful connection for seniors and families.
To maintain clear and appropriate service boundaries, we do not provide:
Medical care or treatment
Medication administration
Physical lifting or transfer assistance
Bathing or personal hygiene services
Hands-on physical care
Clinical or nursing services
Our focus is centered on companionship, emotional wellness, social connection, and supportive presence
in a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment.
We believe seniors deserve to feel seen, heard, valued, and never alone.
